Corporate Warriors Program
TravConsult's Corporate Warrior's Program is a unique
team-building program that utilises team building, goal setting and self defence in order to achieve the following goals:
To bring your team of people together in a positive and motivating environment.
To challenge physically and mentally your team as individual members and as a group.
To give each team member skills to visualize and realize their personal, professional and physical goals.
To build self esteem and confidence in each team member so they can
transfer this to lift the team's performance
To give each team member skills and techniques in the basics of self defence.
To lift your team so they will achieve the synergy of working with each other as a single unit.
Your team of participants will learn the basics of self-defence through group and one-on-one coaching, pair practice and group exercises. They will be pushed to explore their mental and physical boundaries. They will work out mentally in exploring their own selves, and learn how to apply in a step-by-step process the principles of martial arts to their personal and professional lives. And through meditation and visualisation, release of endorphins through physical practice of self-defence techniques, your team members will learn to relieve any mental stress they may be holding.
Corporate Culture Development
"Corporate culture" is a phrase that has been
recognised for many years. However, few organisations have awarded it
the serious commitment of time and effort necessary to see it through to
success and fruition. This is a program that will work only with the
complete backing of all managers and key drivers of an organisation.
Without this investment from the top echelons, we at TravConsult do not
recommend this program for your company!
TravConsult's "Growing a Corporate Culture Program" consists of consultancy, one-on-one coaching and a series of workshops. These components are all flexible and would be specifically tailored to the needs and goals of the Client. Workshops that are utilized include, but are not limited to the following:

Customer Service Commitment Program
i) CHARISMA Workshop
This is a dynamic and interactive program that will inspire all participants to strive to become the best they can be - as individuals and as a team in the workplace.
The methodology of the training is unconventional, focussing on performing physical tasks that in turn are designed to encourage participants to explore their mental boundaries and challenge their attitudes toward delivery of customer service.
A powerful and innovative series of individual and team activities will motivate participants to achieve the unachievable - and in that journey itself they will reaffirm that an essential key to true customer service lies within attitudes toward self and fellow worker.
Every activity will be structured around core tenets of customer service - which will be applied to both external and internal customers - and these will be aligned with the essential points of current standards set by the Client.
ii) The "P-C Balancing Act" Workshop
This unique workshop is designed to appreciate the pressures that all team members are under to perform tasks and comply with regulations, policies and procedures. It complements the CHARISMA workshop but can be conducted independently.
Groups should be from the same department as the focus will be on examining relevant case studies and brainstorming on solutions. The key question that will drive this workshop will be, "How can we balance Procedure compliance with Customer care?" Participants will be encouraged to come up with their own ideas and practical solutions - as individuals and as a team.
Participants will emerge with skills on how to balance procedures with customer care through relevant examples and case studies, simulated role plays and fun Challenge Groups.
iii) Complaint Management Program
Enormous time spent managing complaints involving different customers from all
over the world led TravConsult to design and develop their Complaint Management
Program.
TravConsult's Complaint Management Program is based on the following beliefs:

2. No two customers and no two complaints are exactly the same!
3. Attitude Excellence = Complaint Management Excellence!

Transitions and Changes Program
TravConsult's "Challenging Change"
Program specializes in preparing your valuable people at the emotional level for
the transition to a new corporate culture. Working closely with key managers as
well as the human resource manager, we will conduct a detailed needs analysis on
the current culture as well as the new culture. Based on the proposed changes,
we will design a fun, highly interactive and thought provoking program that will open the minds of all participants to what lies ahead of them.
Examining the limitless possibilities, thinking outside the square, experiencing the amazing synergy of teamwork, understanding the power of the mind in adapting and moving forward toward new horizons: participants are taken on a journey that involves challenging change in not just their professional lives, but also those of their physical and personal lives.

through to the front-line, the "Challenging Change" Program should be conducted in conjunction with short information sessions of the proposed changes run by the Human Resource Team.
