Trevor Lee and Lilly Choi-Lee are the founders of TravConsult.  Both have led cross-culturally diverse teams in Indonesia, Japan and Australia that integrate customer service, cross-cultural development and corporate management.  Their tourism research and business projects have taken them to China, Macau, Hong Kong, India and Korea, as well as Switzerland, Germany, England and New Zealand.

TravConsult was born of a  passion to create unforgettable customer service experiences for tourists and professional development of service providers at tourism destinations. 

In addition to consulting, coaching and public speaking, Trevor and Lilly work closely with their clients to develop and facilitate training programs and workshops that inspire teams to warmly welcome, actively engage and ultimately sell to their international customers.
